The Longstock Music and Arts Festival is your one stop destination for local music, art, and culture! A family friendly event all nestled in the foothills, in beautiful Longview, Alberta. We host an outdoor weekend long music festival that will be sure to provide entertainment and activities for everyone. We host 17 fantastic bands with a new band every hour, a beer garden, food vendors and a market, all within Smith-Fuller Centennial Park – a sure hit with the kids, as there is an amazing playground all within the same vicinity!
2024 will mark the 15th annual year of the festival, which originated through Eva Levesque and her crew. The idea arose while sitting around the kitchen table drinking coffee one afternoon and has grown into this amazing festival fondly called “Longstock” by its organizers. For the first 10 years, Eva and the gang diligently sought out fantastic Alberta talent for the music festival. Upon their retirement, we continue to carry on the tradition and be as successful as they were for the first decade!
